These are half hour sessions and the children are grouped according to ability. There are four levels, Junior 1, Junior 2 and Senior and Pre Club
Junior 1: Complete beginners, requiring arm bands
Junior 2: Can swim without armbands, has swam a length of the pool and is developing backstroke, breaststroke and front crawl, beginning to dive.
Senior: Swimming lengths of the pool efficiently in all four strokes and working at perfecting diving and starting to learn turns
Pre Club: Working at perfecting diving, and turns, and increasing stamina, speed and distance with a view to joining a club.
